1. General Information

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zuna Host services.
  • Our company is registered in Bangladesh and all agreements are subject to the laws of Bangladesh.
  • By creating an account, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Zuna Host offers:

  • Domain registration (subject to ICANN and registry rules).
  • Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Hosting services.
  • SSL certificates, email hosting, and related add-ons.
  • Customers may resell hosting services under permitted reseller plans.

3. Payment & Billing

  • We accept bKash and Stripe as payment methods.
  • All fees must be paid in full before service activation or renewal.
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been purchased.
  • Hosting services include a 15-day money-back guarantee, valid only if the request is made within 15 days of purchase (excluding domain fees, SSL, or other third-party services).

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not host or promote illegal, harmful, or restricted content, including but not limited to:
    • Spam, phishing, or fraud
    • Malware, viruses, or hacking tools
    • Adult or pornographic material
    • Copyright-infringing or abusive content
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensure your website and scripts do not compromise server security or performance.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases:

  • Non-payment or overdue invoices.
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Abuse of server resources or fair-use violations.
  • Security risks or complaints from third parties.

Suspension does not remove your responsibility to pay outstanding invoices.

6. Uptime Guarantee & Liability

  • Zuna Host offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee on hosting services.
  • This guarantee does not cover downtime caused by:
    • Customer errors or misconfigurations
    • Issues with third-party software or scripts
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
  • Zuna Host’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the affected period.
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.

7. Refund Policy

  • Hosting services: 15-day money-back guarantee applies.
  • Domains, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via our support system within 15 days of purchase.

8. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangladesh.
  • Customers agree not to pursue class-action lawsuits against Zuna Host.
  • Arbitration decisions will be final and legally binding.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We comply with international data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

10. Fair Use Policy

  • “Unlimited” hosting or bandwidth is subject to fair use.
  • Accounts using excessive resources that affect server performance may be restricted or suspended.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • Zuna Host may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
